Service

We aim to process all orders received before 3:00pm the same day.  We are able to offer premium delivery services for as early as 9:00am the following day.

How to order

Please send your order using any of the methods listed in the Contact Us section. 
Online ordering is not currently available.

How to Pay

Payment must be made with order, except where credit facilities have been approved.

Cheque or Bacs:
Please make cheques payable to Ashgrove Trading, or contact us for our bank details to make a direct bacs transfer.

Credit / Debit Card:
We accept payment from most major debit/credit cards excluding American Express

Credit Accounts

Credit accounts can be opened subject to receipt of account application form and subsequent credit checks.  Bona-fide public sector organisations automatically have credit facilities.  Our credit terms are strictly net monthly.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) to UK addresses (excluding Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland)
