Delivery, Payment and Returns

Here at Ashgrove, we realise that in today's fast-paced business world, you simply cannot afford to be badly let down by a supplier. That's why we have our own large warehouse packed full of products, on racking 7m high for same day despatch!

So when you simply must have it, give us a call and we'll do everything we can to ensure you get it on time.

SAME DAY DESPATCH

All orders received before 15:00 are usually despatched the same day for guaranteed next working day delivery* (subject to stock). *UK Mainland only

DELIVERY CHARGES

With the help of our chosen couriers Fedex and UPS, we offer a range of delivery options for as early as 09:00 the following morning, or even on Saturday for that extra urgent job!

Standard Next Day Delivery by 17:00 is FREE on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT) to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland; see below for further details)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

It’s so easy to purchase from Ashgrove online. You can pay us at checkout using most common debit and credit cards. If you already have a credit account with ourselves and would like to order online with credit facilities, simply tick the box when registering online for the first time, and you will be given the option to put purchases onto your credit account at checkout. If you do not currently have a credit account with Ashgrove but would like to open one, please contact us to receive credit account application forms.

RETURNS

The return and credit of any incorrectly ordered goods is subject to our full agreement and a minimum 15% handling charge. We cannot issue refunds against credits on account for returned goods.

Where the company is at fault or faulty or damaged goods have been supplied the handling charge will not apply and the original delivery charge may also be eligible for credit.

Please note we cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods belonging to customers, nor accept claims for consequential damages relating to goods we sell or handle.

Any claims for damage or short supplied goods must be made in writing within seven days of goods being received.
